Progression Gymnastics

(Levels 3–8 | Ages 9+)

Class Overview:
Progression Gymnastics is designed for gymnasts who are ready to move beyond basic foundations or who require a more structured training environment to support continued development.

This class focuses on refining technique, building strength and flexibility, improving coordination, and developing more advanced skills across all apparatus. Sessions are structured to encourage consistent progression while maintaining safe and effective learning standards.

Eligibility & Placement:
Placement in Progression Gymnastics is based on skill level first, with age used to ensure a safe, focused, and productive training environment.

Gymnasts may be placed in this class if they:
-Are assessed at Level 3–8, regardless of age, or
-Are 9 years or older, including older beginners who may still be developing foundational skills

Important Placement Information
-Older beginners train in this group to allow for faster progression and age-appropriate coaching
-Younger gymnasts remain in foundation-based classes suited to their developmental stage

Final class placement is determined by coach assessment to support long-term development and safety.

This structure allows coaches to deliver focused training while ensuring each gymnast is placed in the environment best suited to their age, ability, and learning needs.

Place-Holding Fee:
€15 non-refundable. Holds your child’s place for 2 weeks only. Not part of tuition fee.
Tuition Fees:
TUE / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday / Saturday: €175 (11 classes - 1 free)

Payment Deadline:
Tuition fees must be paid within 2 weeks of the term starting.
