Foundation Gymnastics

(Ages 4–7 | Levels 1–2)

Class Overview
Foundation Gymnastics is designed for younger gymnasts at the beginning of their gymnastics journey. This class focuses on developing strong core foundations through age-appropriate activities that build coordination, strength, flexibility, body awareness, confidence, and safe movement patterns.

Gymnasts will work on basic shapes, rolls, balance, jumps, and introductory apparatus skills in a structured, supportive, and positive learning environment.

Eligibility & Placement

Age: 4–7 years only

Level: 1–2 only

❌Who is NOT allowed:
Any 8+ year old, regardless of level
Any gymnast assessed above Level 2

To ensure the best learning experience for all gymnasts, this class is strictly limited to the age and level range above.
Important Placement Information:
-Gymnasts aged 8 years or older are not eligible for this class, regardless of level
-Gymnasts assessed above Level 2 will be placed in a progression-based class

Final class placement is determined by coach assessment to support safe and effective development

This structure allows younger gymnasts to progress at the right pace in an environment specifically designed for their developmental stage.

CURRENT MEMBERS — FEE INFORMATION

Place-Holding Fee:
€15 non-refundable. Holds your child’s place for 2 weeks only. Not part of tuition fee.
Tuition Fees:
TUE / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday / Saturday: €175 (11 classes - 1 free)

Payment Deadline:
Tuition fees must be paid within 2 weeks of the term starting.
