This beginner recreational class is designed for children aged 4 and 7, and will be their first structured gymnastics class. This play-to-learn class uses many fun elements, to teach fundamental gymnastics skills in a vibrant, colourful and fun environment.

Children will begin to use all of the gymnastic equipment, including bars, beams, trampolines, air tracks, and other fun aids for learning. The focus is on making learning enjoyable and interactive, helping children develop coordination, balance, and basic gymnastics techniques.

Our program features a structured level progression. After completing the beginner level witch includes basic shapes and basic movements, they will progress onto our skill progreession system starting on Level 1 advancing all the way up to Level 8. Each gymnast receives a progress card that they must complete to advance to the next level, ensuring a clear and motivating pathway for skill development.

Under the guidance of our coaches who have almost 30 years coaching experience, children will explore and discover the joy of movement, building a strong foundation for many sports & skills. This class provides a fun, supportive, and engaging atmosphere where young gymnasts can thrive!
